Neon Detroit Knights

Having been placed undercover to bring down a criminal organization, two investigators are in over their heads. Their Captain was assassinated 30 years ago, and they are now working for the very person who put them undercover to bring him down in the first place! Work is being done on the night streets of Detroit to attract low-level criminals into the crime syndicate's structure.. On one of their delivery runs, they come across a suspect who appears to be more than what he appears to be at first glance. They track him down and send him back in time to the 1980s. Can they make amends for the mistakes of the past without damaging the present?
