Vic the Viking and the Magic Sword

Vic wishes he could join the Viking crew on an adventure. But his father, Halvar, believes that his son is too frail to embark on such a perilous journey. When Vic's mother, Ylva, is accidentally turned into a golden statue by Loki's magical sword, Halvar and his crew have no choice but to sail to Loki's forges, beyond the end of the world, in order to destroy the sword and bring Ylva back to life. Halvar reluctantly accompanies Vic on the drakkar. Vic will not pass up the opportunity to prove to his father that he has the makings of a true Viking during this trip full of surprises and dangers.
