Cat's Eye
Cat Eye is a manga series illustrated and written by Tsukasa Hojo. It had been serialized in Weekly Sh?nen Jump from 1981 to 1985, also collected into 18 tank?bon from Shueisha. The narrative follows the experiences of their three Kisugi sisters, Hitomi, Rui and Ai, who are art thieves attempting to collect the works belonging for their missing dad.
The manga was made into a anime series originally broadcast in 1983 to 1984 with a season finishing in 1985, on NTV. It has received two adaptations. A television picture in a theatrical film and 1988 in 1997.
Cat's Eye is just one of Weekly Sh?nen Jump's best selling manga series ever, with over 18 million copies sold. The anime has dipped in a number including China, and Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Philippines. ImaginAsian broadcast the very first season of this very first anime then gave the series its initial North American home video release. Right Stuf Inc. announced they licensed the series in 2013 and release it on DVD under their Nozomi label.
A movie manga of the series attracted from Shingo Asai titled Cat's Eye, began publication in the launch issue of Coamix's Monthly Comic Zenon anthology, that premiered on October 25, 2010.
