Endurance
Endurance is a American reality tv children's program, also on networks in different countries and previously shown to the Discovery kiddies cable system in the United States. The show's format is similar to this CBS television show Survivor, though with a cast. Even though Endurance contestants compete like pairs contestants are now living at a location that is remote and participate in mental and physical challenges, and also the results of the competitions determines which pair of players will be eliminated.
In its run between 2002 -- 2008, each season began with a fresh slate of contestants, who were gradually eliminated until the residual two teams competed to find all the Endurance Pyramid pieces as the growing season progressed. The boy and girl received an all-expenses paid vacation package into a exotic location since the prize with their parents.
Production ended with the sixth season's last episode aired on March 8, 2008. Reruns of Endurance Remain televised at the U.S., on Hub Network, Discovery Kids's successor before July 22, 2013. Before series was brought back to re runs on April 2, 2012 reruns on the Hub stopped on October 14, 2011 however was again cancelled. Spanish-dubbed reruns also air on weekends on Azteca America. Three seasons of Endurance were nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in the category of"Outstanding Children's Series", however the show never won.
