Exposure
Exposure is actually really a short film oriented sciencefiction anthology show that aired over the sci fi Channel between the years of 2000 and 2002. The show showcased both unknown and famous filmmakers' short sci fi films, giving rise to the station's own Exposure Studios. Directed by actress Lisa Marie, the films presented a range of science fiction subject material. The show received poor ratings and was canceled at the autumn of 2002. The show was originally shown on Sundays at 10:00pm EST and has been repeated the following Saturday at 2:00am EST, later on the period was shifted to 11:00pm EST but repeated the following Saturday well after mid night, that probably is a significant reason for its poor ratings this series received. The show also had two guest hosts. Terry Farrell could host the"Best of Season One" episode and manager Kevin Smith hosted the"Starwars Short Films Show Case".
A deal had also struck with AtomFilms that gave them the broadcast rights of any of Atom Movies' brand new acquisitions, as well as all science fiction films now in their library, even for Exposure.
