He & She is an American sitcom that aired as part of its lineup that is 1967-1968 on the CBS television system sponsored by General Foods and Lever Brothers.
He & She is widely thought of as ahead of its own time. Its sophisticated approach to humor was considered opening doors to the MTM family of sitcoms of the 1970s, beginning with The Mary Tyler Moore Show in 1970. The type of Oscar was the blueprint to the Ted Baxter character, for which founder Leonard Stern granted consent.
