Eyeborgs
Are the government's security cameras, which are supposed to keep us safe, killing people? Is it a plan by the government to silence the opposition, or have our terrorist enemies secretly taken over our security system and are now using it against us? After another major terrorist attack, the US government starts a strict surveillance program in which every camera in the country is connected to a single network called the ODIN system that can see everything (for Optical Defense Intelligence Network). In the name of security, law enforcement, and keeping America safe, the system has millions of mobile, robotic surveillance cameras called "Eyeborgs" that watch everyone for suspicious behavior. After a series of strange murders where the physical evidence doesn't match what the video records show, a Homeland Security agent starts to doubt the system. Now, he has to work outside of the system to find out who is really in charge of the Eyeborgs.
