A socially awkward but very enterprising young adult decides to obtain a "mail order friend"; an advanced exchange trainee from France. Rather, he winds up importing his personal nightmare, a cologne-soaked, chain-smoking, sex-obsessed youth who quickly ends up being the hero of his brand-new community.
